Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 5x777 platform, including the website at 5x777.pro, all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and any related services provided by 5x777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

5x777 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during a player's relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation when requested may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure at 5x777's sole discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 5x777 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5x777 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that player, confiscate any balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All actions taken using your account credentials are your responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you. Please observe the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
• Log out of your 5x777 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never disclose your password or OTP to anyone, including individuals claiming to be 5x777 support staff. 5x777 support will never ask for your password.

All financial transactions on the 5x777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion, and all balances are displayed and settled in BDT. 5x777 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Visa or Mastercard (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and other participating banks). Available payment methods are shown in your account wallet after login.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all players:

Deposits are credited to your 5x777 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 5x777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation; or at the request of the account holder.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or suspected fraud, 5x777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances of account closure, regardless of whether a wagering requirement has been met.

5x777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5x777 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. 5x777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 5x777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
